We had ICE Services Group in after we had fire damage in our kitchen & smoke damage to the rest of the house.
The person that’s I originally phoned was very polite & helpful, they got back to me quickly with their quote. This quote was the best of three quotes that I got in from three different companies.
In only a couple of days a team of two men came round, they were brilliant & were at our house from early in the morning to late evening. This all happened at the beginning of the COVID outbreak & they were reassuringly aware of distancing & great in explaining to my children what it was that they were doing.
Very polite in their manner & the job they did was absolutely fantastic! It just took one day & our house was back to normal (apart from the actual physical damage caused by the fire) they also brought in a fogging machine at the end of the cleaning process & this really did wonders for getting rid of the smoke smell.
I would certainly use Ice Cleaning again & I am very happy to recommend them.
