ICE Cleaning’s April Employee of the Month
On the 12th April, Zac Hemming, the Co-Founder and CEO of ICE Cleaning, announced April’s employee of the month.
The employee of the month was revealed to be Harry Wilson, a Specialist Technician that works in ICE Cleaning’s Operations Team. Throughout his time at ICE Cleaning, he has consistently shown a great attitude to the hard work the technicians do, and last month he received lots of excellent feedback from customers.
Zac congratulated Harry and shared: “Since Harry started working at ICE Cleaning, he has exceeded our high standards of cleaning and customer service. It's great to hear such positive feedback from our customers about his attitude towards each job and I'm sure it won’t be the last time he gets a mention in our customer reviews!”
Harry receiving this award for customer feedback is a testament to ICE Cleaning’s recent investment in the customer experience. Last year, a new department dedicated to customer service was added to the business, and in that short time it has successfully provided additional support to customers and brought in more customer feedback to help improve ICE Cleaning’s services.
Harry was given a certificate for his achievement and a voucher for a restaurant of his choice. The Company also donated £100 to a charity that he picked.
