Event Cleaning For Cartier

The Challenge

The Cartier Queen’s Cup is one of the most prestigious polo tournaments in the world. It features the sport’s top players and is attended by an exclusive clientele, all of which expect a sophisticated, high-class experience.

Keeping this event spotless is essential to maintaining the standards anticipated of the “jewel in the polo calendar”, ensuring the space is hygienic, and making sure the players, staff, and attendees are safe.

Last year, Cartier reached out to ICE Cleaning to provide its event cleaning services during the final day of the tournament.

The Solution

ICE Cleaning sent a team of four technicians to pick up any litter and waste dropped on the floor, empty waste bins, and clean both the indoors and outdoors toilet facilities throughout the day. Prior to the start of the event, they devised a plan to determine most efficient way to clean the event.

The technicians are fully trained project managers that can create custom cleaning plans for a wide range of events, as well as carry out the cleaning. They also provide professional support before, during, and after events to ensure the space is clean before set up and after attendees have left.

During the event, they wore smart clothes to match the elegant dress code, including black trousers, black shirts, and smart shoes.

The Outcome

By maintaining the toilet facilities, emptying bins, and making sure the entire space was immaculate, they helped the event run smoothly and meet the expectations of the VIP guests and attendees.
