ICE Cleaning’s Employees Receive First Aid Training

In early September, several of ICE Cleaning’s technicians and office team were trained in first aid.

The all-day training course covered basic first aid including burns, cuts, CPR, choking, band aids, illnesses, and medication. All of ICE Cleaning’s technicians are now first aid trained and can provide medical help to themselves, other technicians, and members of the public.

ICE Cleaning takes health and safety very seriously due to the hazardous nature of the work the technicians do. They regularly work at height which can lead to falls and injuries, use dangerous equipment, and clean up harmful chemicals which could cause health problems like burns, and skin and eye irritation.

By ensuring every field operative is first aid trained, the Company has gone above and beyond legal requirements, and confirmed its commitment to providing effective and safe cleaning services.
