ICE Cleaning’s October Employee Of The Month

On the 3^rd November, the CEO and Co-Founder of ICE Cleaning - Zac Hemming - revealed the winner of October’s employee of the month.

Zac Hemming announced that the employee of the month was Harry Aedy, ICE Cleaning’s Internal Operations Manager. Harry was chosen because of his dedication to his new role which includes managing the technicians, training them, and overseeing the Operations Team.

He has also already generated a positive impact for the Operations Team, namely creating lots of new processes that have helped make the department more efficient.  

Harry’s dedication to ICE Cleaning goes much further back than his current role, however. He is one of the longest-serving members of the Operations Team, and he started his career with ICE Cleaning as a Technician in 2021. In 2022, he was promoted to Senior Technician, and this year he was promoted again to his current role.

Zac congratulated him for winning the award and said:

“Harry has always gone above and beyond each role he has ever had at ICE Cleaning, and is a great representative of the high standards we expect of every technician. Well done!”

Harry added:

"I'm so grateful to receive the employee of the month award. I want to take this opportunity to thank Zac and the rest of the ICE Cleaning team for their recognition - it's given me a massive motivational boost! Lastly, I wanted to say a big thank you to the Operations Team for their support and overall proactive attitude."
