Mould Remediation Service

With many years of experience removing mould from domestic and commercial properties, our technicians can quickly and thoroughly remove all the mould from your property.

Mould exposure can cause long-lasting health problems if not treated immediately.

Mould releases allergens, irritants and occasionally toxic substances. When inhaled, ingested and touched, mould can trigger an allergic reaction, asthma attacks, respiratory infections and even sick building syndrome, to name just a few potential issues. If you have a weakened immune system, or a respiratory or skin condition, you are particularly vulnerable to mould exposure.

To book our technicians for mould remediation, speak to one of our team by calling 0208 066 0360 or sending an email to enquiries@icecleaning.co.uk. They can answer any of your queries or concerns, and walk you thoroughly exactly what to expect on the day.

Is there a difference between mould and mildew?

It’s very difficult to distinguish between mildew and mould as they share many similarities, but there are key differences that can help you identify whether mildew has developed into mould.

Mould usually has a black, green, and slimy appearance, and is often mistaken for dirt. The surface of the mould is usually darker in colour and can have a fuzzy texture.

Mildew, on the other hand, is white or grey and may turn brown over time. It has a powdery appearance and typically appears as small dots without any texture. Mildew is a type of surface fungus that can be eliminated early and is regarded as an initial indication of mould development.
