ICE Cleaning Appoints Daniel Louder As Head Of Operations

ICE Cleaning recently welcomed Dan Louder as Head of Operations at its Head Office in Cudham, Kent.

Before starting at ICE Cleaning on Monday 7th March, he spent 15 years at Aqualisa Products Limited, most recently working as a New Product Introduction Programme Manager. Dan is also an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry.

Commenting on his appointment, Zac Hemming, Co-Founder and CEO, shared, “Dan Louder joins the business as Head of Operations and completes our new line of senior management.

“I have personally worked with Dan many years ago and I’m incredibly proud to have him finally join ICE Cleaning, especially at such a pivotal moment in our journey which has seen our business treble in size within the past 12 months.”

Dan joins ICE Cleaning during a period of significant expansion. The Company, which was founded in 2017, reported a 700% growth in FY 2020/21 and is on track to exceed targets for this financial year.

To accommodate such growth, ICE Cleaning has both hired and promoted a number of individuals into senior management positions to cement a can-do culture when faced with new challenges and strengthen its commitment to customer experience, as outlined by ICE Cleaning’s Chairman, Adam Rhodes, in his recent 2021 statement.
