ICE Cleaning's January Employee Of The Month

On Friday 10th February, Zac Hemming, CEO and Co. Founder of ICE Cleaning, announced January’s Employee of the Month – Joanna Grimbley-Smith.
Joanna joined ICE Cleaning as a Content Executive within the Company’s Marketing Team in November 2022 having previously worked as a Copywriter for one of Europe’s leading applied AI companies. In her current role of Content Executive, Joanna is responsible for producing high-quality website copy and industry-specific blog articles to aid ICE Cleaning’s SEO strategy.
Commenting on Joanna’s first few months at the Company, her line manager, Sophie Rioch, Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, shared: “Since joining the team in November, Jo has gone above and beyond to deliver an excellent standard of work. Her consistent output has enabled us to move at a fast pace when beginning new projects and I've really enjoyed having her in the team."
Joanna added, "I’m really proud of this achievement, and I’m grateful to everyone in the ICE Cleaning team for teaching me so much over the last three months. I’ve received a lot of support from the Marketing Team and am excited to help them achieve their goals this year and develop my own skills even further.”
