Step 1 Contact
You can book your free duct cleaning survey appointment via phone, email or website.
We’ll contact you to discuss your requirements, provide an overview of what to expect and give you a realistic estimation of total costs.
We’ll then arrange for your local team to carry out the survey at a time convenient to you.
Step 2 Quote
Adhering to COVID-safe protocols, one of our technicians will visit the site and assess the state of the ducts.
We'll then be able to make a professional recommendation as to the most effective cleaning method for your ducts and answer any questions regarding the clean. Our technicians will then provide a free, comprehensive quote for the work.
They will also undertake a thorough risk assessment to avoid any unforeseen issues arising during the clean.
Step 3 Cleaning
We promise to arrive promptly wearing full uniform, including ID badges, and follow COVID-safe protocols throughout.
We'll complete the cleaning service in accordance with the survey, ensuring all health and safety obligations are considered. Any waste will be taken off-site and disposed of correctly.
Once finished, our technicians will review and document all work carried out. We'll always check you're happy before leaving the site.

Clean ductwork doesn’t just keep your business up to code, it also unlocks lots of benefits for the workplace.
- Better air quality: Indoor air usually contains contaminants like dust, pet dander, carbon monoxide, mould spores and allergens. These can get pulled into the HVAC unit and circulated back into the property, leading to health problems including allergic reactions and respiratory illnesses.
- Improved HVAC efficiency: Too much dust and debris can affect airflow and cause hot and cold spots in your property. As a result, the unit must work harder to circulate air and therefore consumes more energy. This can lead to more wear and tear so they may need to be replaced more frequently.

Kitchen duct cleaning
When grease and grime builds up in ducts, fans, vents and hoods, it can make commercial kitchens dangerous work environments. It can lead to poor airflow, create harmful levels of smoke and carbon monoxide, and be a fire hazard.
Should you fail to clean and maintain your kitchen exhaust and ductwork to the standards set out by the TR19 regulations, you could void your insurance or might not be able to get any.

How are ducts cleaned?
- Your ductwork will be inspected to determine what cleaning is required, for example, how much dust and debris has accumulated. Our technicians will also look for any leaks, kinks or damage that may require repair.
- They will create negative pressure in the ducts to suck out as much dirt as possible.
- Each duct will be cleaned with specialist equipment, like brushing tools and vacuums, to dislodge any remaining grime and thoroughly clean the ductwork.
- The rest of the HVAC system will be deep cleaned.
Air quality testing
Our technicians can provide air quality testing to ensure your indoor air is contributing to a safe, healthy work environment and abides by regulations. They can use industry-leading equipment to identify the cause of bad odours and poor air quality, such as dust particles, mould and cigarette smoke, and then advise on how to improve it.
