ICE Cleaning Appoints New Senior Content Executive

On Monday 25th July, ICE Cleaning announced the promotion of Alice Redshaw to Senior Content Executive.
Alice joined the Company as a Content Executive in the Marketing Team in November 2021, having previously worked as an Account Executive in the PR industry. Prior to this, Alice attended Newcastle University, where she studied English Literature and History.
In her role as Content Executive, Alice played a significant role in the creation of ICE Cleaning's website copy and blog articles. As she enters her new role, she will take on a greater variety of responsibilities - including but not limited to social media posts, email newsletters and internal communications.
Commenting on her promotion, Alice stated, "I’m excited to start my new role as a Senior Content Executive at ICE Cleaning. I’d like to thank my managers from my time here, Sophie Rioch and Tom Colgan, who have been very supportive in this role and helped me progress to meet my own career goals.
"In the coming months, I look forward to working with the marketing team on all aspects of our content strategy and helping the business continue to grow. ICE Cleaning has been a great place to work and I am excited about this new chapter.”
Thomas Colgan, who assumed the position of Head of Marketing until late July 2022, released the following statement: "Well done, Alice, I can’t think of anyone else that deserves this promotion more. Since day one, her attitude and commitment to her work have been outstanding and pivotal in the success of our marketing strategy.
"ICE Cleaning is a fast-growing and forever-evolving business, so it takes a specific type of individual to attune to the new challenges that come on a regular basis. However, Alice's thirst for knowledge and ability to adapt will continue to see her develop and play a significant role in the Marketing Team at ICE Cleaning."
Sophie Rioch, who managed Alice upon her arrival at the Company and will soon be taking over as her manager once again as she moves into the role of Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, shared, "To echo Tom's words, Alice has become a key member of the Marketing Team since she joined in November last year.
"Her detail-orientated style of work and dedicated efforts to helping other members of the team have aided the Company's goal of professionalising the business, whilst also contributing to ICE Cleaning's SEO strategy. I have no doubt that Alice will continue to grow as she becomes more involved with the other departments in her new role as Senior Content Executive.
"I wish Alice all the best as she takes on this new level of responsibility and I look forward to supporting her to achieve her goals."
