ICE Cleaning Hosts Insect Control Training Day
ICE Cleaning were delighted to welcome Darran Lebeter from 1env Solutions Ltd to the office recently for two training days on insect pest control.
During the sessions, the team learnt about different insect control techniques used for pest management, insect behaviours and lifecycles, and what attracts insects into buildings. This follows a similar training day on rodent pest control which took place earlier in the year.
The training also involved a practical display of pest control equipment, and a demonstration of which tools were appropriate for particular situations and specific insects. For the field technicians, this knowledge was invaluable for future jobs they undertake for the Company.
Additionally, it was emphasised how vital it is to find the most humane method for controlling insects in properties and how each scenario requires a careful and individual approach.
