In December 2022, it was announced that ICE Cleaning had been shortlisted as one of the thirty finalists for Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards for its fire damage cleaning service.

The awards celebrate companies that are raising occupational health, safety, and wellbeing standards with innovative products and services. The pool of offerings is very diverse, spanning personal protective equipment (PPE), health and safety software, and wearable technology. Every year thousands vote for their favourite finalist and the top three are confirmed in the spring.

ICE Cleaning was recognised for the fire restoration services it provides for domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. Its technicians use advanced equipment and solutions to clean soot, ash, smoke, and other residue from fire damaged properties, and are fully qualified to remove all the hazardous waste according to industry and government regulations.

On top of the health and safety practices required, it has developed its own procedures including regular inspections, accident reporting, and the provision of PPE to staff.

Zac Hemming, CEO and Co-Founder at ICE Cleaning, commented:

“We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for the Tomorrow’s Health & Safety awards. It’s a huge achievement to be nominated alongside so many other top companies in the health and safety industry, and we have our fingers crossed that ICE Cleaning will make the final few.”

The company regularly features in Tomorrow’s Health & Safety magazine for its specialist cleaning services which also include trauma cleaning, flood and water damage restoration, mould remediation, and oil and chemical spill clean up.

Founded in 2017 by Zac Hemming and James Reynolds, ICE Cleaning has grown rapidly in the past few years and boasts a large team of technicians that are available nationwide. It has become a leading cleaning company that prides itself on responding rapidly to upsetting and challenging circumstances, and its technicians can be on site in a matter of hours in an emergency.
