We work closely with our clients from the outset, building a personalised brick cleaning plan. From the moment you first contact us, our team will work closely with you to assess your requirements and respond to any questions or queries that you may have.
As part of our initial consultation, we will arrange for a free on-site survey to be conducted by an experienced technician. Not only will they review the property in greater detail, but they will also conduct a comprehensive risk assessment that will be followed throughout the duration of the work.
There is absolutely zero obligation at this stage, you are welcome to consider your options. We do, however, offer price matching on all our services – mention this to a member of our friendly team to find out more.
In the event of an emergency, we can arrive on-site within the hour.
With the appointment for the brick clean arranged, our technicians will arrive at the scheduled date and time, bringing with them all of the required equipment and solutions. For the majority of our brick cleans, we utilise the TORIK system, where a controllable flow of heat-resistant water is released through a heat-resistant nozzle.
Once the clean has been completed, our agents will conduct a final review of the property to ensure that all needs have been met. You’ll then be free to return to your freshly cleaned property. We prioritise the satisfaction of our customers and will not leave unless you are satisfied.
