What does your complimentary air quality testing consist of?
Our specialist technicians will use equipment that tests for particulate matter and harmful substances like dust, smoke, soot, carbon monoxide, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We carry this complimentary service out twice a year for our contract cleaning customers.

What training have your general cleaners had?
Every general cleaner goes through ICE Academy, our bespoke training programme which is carried out by our in-house cleaning experts. You can be sure every cleaner on-site is trained to a very high standard in a wide range of tasks.
What is ICE SHIELD®?
ICE SHIELD® is our decontamination solution that combines electrostatic technology with a persistent solution to kill harmful viruses and bacteria on contact, and protect surfaces against them for up to 28 days.
It is suitable for commercial, industrial, and domestic facilities. We offer complimentary ICE SHIELD® treatments once a month to our contract cleaning customers to keep their premises hygienic.
What contract lengths do you offer?
We offer a range of contract lengths - the longer the length of the cleaning contract, the more cost-effective the service.
What qualifications do your workers hold?
Our technicians hold a range of qualifications, including IPAF, Safe Contractor and IOSH. They have been accredited by a wide number of organisations including Dewpoint Professional and the National Association of Crime Scene Cleaners, too.
